• No es una Inspección Profesional: El servicio no constituye una inspección estructural, eléctrica o de plomería. Es una "prueba de presencia" y una "verificación de realidad visual" para confirmar que la propiedad existe y coincide con su descripción general.
• Captura en un Punto en el Tiempo: Los informes reflejan el estado de la propiedad únicamente en el momento exacto de la auditoría.
2. Tarifas de Acceso e Intento
• Responsabilidad del Cliente: El cliente debe proporcionar una dirección exacta y accesible.
• Tarifa por Intento: Si el auditor llega a la ubicación pero se le niega el acceso (por guardias, anfitriones o dirección incorrecta), se aplicará un cargo del 50% de la tarifa por gastos de traslado y mano de obra.
3. Política de Cancelación y Reembolso
• Reembolso Total: Cancelaciones realizadas con al menos 24 horas de antelación a la ventana programada.
• Sin Reembolso: Una vez realizada la auditoría y entregado el informe, no habrá reembolsos, ya que el servicio ha sido ejecutado.
4. Limitación de Responsabilidad
• Responsabilidad Máxima: La responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación se limita estrictamente al monto pagado por el cliente por esa auditoría específica.
• Información de Terceros: La plataforma no se hace responsable de cambios en la propiedad posteriores a la auditoría ni de defectos ocultos no visibles durante el recorrido.
5. Resolución de Disputas y Ley Aplicable
• Jurisdicción: Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de México.
• Prevalencia del Idioma: En caso de discrepancia entre traducciones, la versión en español será la que prevalezca legalmente.

ivouch.io provides a human-conducted visual verification of a property at a specific point in time.
• Not a Professional Inspection: This service does not constitute a structural, electrical, or plumbing inspection. It is a "proof of presence" and a "visual reality check" intended to confirm that the property exists and matches its general description.
• Point-in-Time Capture: Reports reflect the condition of the property only at the exact moment of the audit.
2. Access and Attempt Fees
• Client Responsibility: The client must provide an accurate and accessible address.
• Attempt Fee: If the auditor arrives at the location but is denied access (by security guards, hosts, or due to an incorrect address), a 50% fee will be charged to cover travel and labor costs.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled audit window.
• No Refund: Once the audit has been performed and the report has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, as the service has been fully executed.
4. Limitation of Liability
• Maximum Liability: Total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific audit.
• Third-Party Information: The platform is not responsible for changes to the property occurring after the audit, nor for hidden defects that were not visible during the walkthrough.
5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
• Language Prevalence: In the event of a discrepancy between translations, the Spanish version shall legally prevail.
